Our Yoga Beginners Course is specially designed for everybody who is starting Yoga. In 4 weeks, over 4 separate classes, you will have a chance to start yoga at the very beginning.
Afterwards, you will be confident to go to the regular classes and integrate the beauty of Yoga into your Life. Your life will be forever enriched because of it. That is a promise!

Step by step teaching of key poses and concepts in yoga

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
*Classes are on Tuesdays at 10:30 - 11:30 and Saturdays at 12:00 till 13:00
*Courses go on for 4 consecutive meetings of 60 minutes each.
*We have a min of 4 participants and max 8 (if the course is not full it’s postponed to the following month).
